Hello! I’m Noor, a personal trainer and certified calisthenics and Muay Thai coach.

As a hybrid athlete with over a decade of experience training and competing in calisthenics and martial arts—including time spent in Thailand—I have the expertise necessary to help develop your skills effectively.

I emphasize strength and conditioning to support my martial arts training, following a “Hybrid” approach that blends various modalities, including calisthenics, weight training, mobility and conditioning tools like kettlebells to help cultivate a well-rounded and functional physique.

Whether your goal is to learn self-defence, build strength, or enhance your overall fitness, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
