My resistance training approach blends proven methods from strength training, bodybuilding, weighted callisthenics, and mobility work — all honed over years of experience and coaching across multiple disciplines. I focus on compound lifts, including squats, deadlifts and other barbell exercises, as well as hypertrophy-based accessory work, and bodyweight movements to create a balanced, science-backed approach tailored to your goals.

I’ve coached clients of all levels — from complete beginners to athletes in martial arts, rugby, and cricket — with each session designed to optimise movement, build strength, and protect long-term joint health.
