About Me

Hey, I’m Noor — a certified Personal Trainer, Callisthenics Coach, and Muay Thai Coach. Coaching since 2018 and with more than 15 years of training experience in martial arts and resistance training (specifically callisthenics and strength training). With plenty of coaching and competitive experience, I have the tools to help you reach your fitness goals — whatever your starting point!

My fitness journey solely began with martial arts at an early age until my late teens when I incorporated basic callisthenics as a means to supplement my martial arts due to being undersized and lacking power. Callisthenics quickly became a passion of its own, leading me to progress further toward advanced skill work and weighted callisthenics and several years later seeking professional guidance from a competitive callisthenics coach, which helped me understand the sport further, learning about biomechanics and training programming, eventually receiving my callisthenics coaching certificate and also competing in weighted callisthenics competitions myself.

This has helped build my "hybrid power-building" approach I follow today with myself and clients - fusing both callisthenics and traditional hypertrophy training (via barbells, dumbbells, and machines), not only to build size, but functional mass to improve explosiveness and power.

In conjunction with my emphasis on resistance training, martial arts has continued to be a main focus, travelling to Thailand to compete and learn under expert Thai coaches as well as earn my coaching certification. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients onto their own martial arts journeys, taking them from complete beginners to competing themselves.

The fusion of martial arts and hybrid resistance training has shaped both my identity as an athlete and my philosophy as a coach. At the core of that philosophy is the belief that when you focus on performance and movement, the physique naturally follows — you don’t just look like an athlete, you develop the athleticism to back it up. Training isn’t just about how you look, but how you move and feel. My mission is to help others become well-rounded athletes themselves, and I’m here to take you step by step along that journey.
