About Me
Hey, I’m Noor — a certified personal trainer, calisthenics coach, and Muay Thai coach with over a decade of experience in movement, strength, and combat sports. I’ve competed in both weighted calisthenics and Muay Thai, and my coaching blends these disciplines into one intelligent, hybrid system built around performance and aesthetics.
My journey started in martial arts from a young age, which shaped my philosophy: train to move better, not just look better. Over the years, I’ve combined resistance training, bodyweight mastery (like weighted pull-ups and dips), barbell strength work, hypertrophy-focused bodybuilding, mobility training, kettlebells, and conditioning — all to build a body that’s strong, athletic, and functional.
Since 2018, I’ve coached a wide range of clients — from total beginners and pregnant women to athletes and fighters — helping each one improve how they move, feel, and perform.
